We offer a 14-day return policy for all fine jewelry pieces, provided they are returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and certificates intact. Please note that bespoke orders and engraved items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Contact our concierge team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet box and secure it inside the shipping carton, ensuring all original diamond certificates and documentation are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid insured shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the package; we recommend using our designated courier to ensure the safety of the fine materials.
Inspection and Refund
Once our workshop confirms the item's condition meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
