What materials are used in Sophie Bille Brahe jewelry?
We exclusively use high-quality materials, including 18K yellow gold and Top Wesselton VVS diamonds. Our pearls are carefully selected freshwater pearls or Akoya pearls, known for their exceptional luster and natural beauty.
How long does international shipping take?
All orders are shipped via express courier. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for Europe and 3-5 business days for the rest of the world, depending on customs clearance procedures.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Please note that bespoke or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions. We recommend storing your jewelry in its original velvet pouch and cleaning gold pieces with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Do you offer ring resizing services?
We offer resizing for most of our ring designs. However, due to the unique construction of certain collections, such as our eternity bands, resizing may not be possible. Please contact our concierge for specific inquiries.
